What are StampCritter stamps made of?

Our stamps are made of photo polymer, rather than rubber, and are used in conjunction with clear acrylic blocks. By their very nature, photo polymer Stamps are the highest quality polymer stamps you can make. When this is stuck to a shiny surface like that of an acrylic block, the stamps are set as securely as if they are glued onto the blocks. However, when the stamp is finished with, it is simply peeled off its acrylic block and put away, leaving the block ready for the next stamp.

Can I buy this direct, or do you have retailers?

We are in the process of setting up our retailer network. In the meantime, you can purchase the StampCritter direct from us. And if you're a retailer, by all means contact us and we'll set you up as a retailer. Send an email to sales@ stampcritter.com (don't forget to join the two together) and we'll discuss it with you.

How do I register my StampCritter and StampCritter Creator Software?

You can register your product and your software at http://www.stampcritter.com/register.html with your product information and you'll also need the four-digit PC ID code when you install your software (it shows at startup) so that we can send you your serial number.

Is the 35 cents a square inch a realistic price for the cost per stamp?

The cost is actually closer to 20 cents a square inch, but we like to be very conservative. We know that not everyone is a perfect stamp maker, and until you're comfortable with the process, we would rather fudge on the high side than to disappoint you :)

Is there a money-back guarantee?

We want our customers to make the best possible purchase decision. Therefore, we encourage you to explore the product pages of our website to obtain comprehensive product information.

In the event that you need to return a StampCritter product, you must send your request within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund for your order, send us an email. Within the email, you should explain why you want to return the product. Don't forget to tell us your order number, name, e-mail address and the product code. You will find these details in the order confirmation e-mail. We will then issue you an RMA and shipping address to send it to. Unfortunately, we cannot refund used consumables, and your refund will be adjusted to reflect those costs. Shipping costs are non refundable. The StampCritter and all materials associated with it must be returned in its original packaging.
